Collecting your belongings - Unipol off-street houses & flats only (not Unipol developments)
Following the government’s announcement (21st May 2020) it is now possible for students in England to return to their accommodation to collect their belongings. Please be aware that this may not be yet possible if travel is from Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
In the case of smaller properties Unipol ask that tenants coordinate movements between themselves in order to avoid everyone trying to unload or load their belongings together in the household, again compromising social distancing.
Social distancing will need to be maintained within the flat/house (where there are visitors) and in any foyer or car park
Please complete the notification form here to inform Unipol of your planned visit date, once you have decided. It is important that staff can track when a property still has belongings in it and when it is likely to be fully vacated.
Information on how to return your keys can be found here.
Although there is no rush to collect your belongings, it is important that you are able to stagger the number of visitors to the house so that you can adhere to social distancing
