COVID-19 - socialising, what can I do?

You should;

  • Not to meet people you do not live with inside a private home or garden. This means no visitors to your house or flat or to the building you live in
  • Not to visit someone else's home or garden even if they live outside of Leeds, unless they are in your support bubble
  • You are advised not to socialise with people you do not live with in any public venue in Leeds or elsewhere. Examples of these include pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops, places of worship, community centres, leisure or entertainment venues, visitor attractions and parks
  • You can only meet in groups of 6 or less outdoors 
  • You should follow social distancing rules
  • You should limit how many different people you see socially over a short period of time

If you live in one of the affected areas, in order to help prevent the spread of coronavirus you must not:

  • host people you do not live with in your home or garden, unless they’re in your support bubble
  • meet people you do not live with in their home or garden, whether inside or outside of the affected areas unless they’re in your support bubble

Your household is only the people you live with and any support bubble.

A support bubble is where a household with one adult joins with another household. Households within a bubble can still visit each other, stay overnight, and visit public places together.
