About One Mill Street Foundry Lane

Mill Street is a modern development. Situated 5 minutes’ walk away from Leeds Conservatoire and in the vibrant Quarry Hill area of the city centre. 

A ten minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and even closer to the beautiful docks, Mill Street is not far from the wide variety of bars, pubs, clubs and restaurants that Leeds has to offer.

Rooms are available to individuals and groups of friends in households sizes from 3 to 6 beds. Smart TVs and license provided in all communal open plan lounges. Both shared bathrooms or en-suite rooms are available and a limited number of parking spaces for permit holders.

Mill Street has been designed with a welcoming lounge space for tenants to meet and spend time in together, as well as a free to use coffee machine. In addition, it has a free to use Cardio Studio available to all and for Leeds Conservatoire students, 2 private music practise rooms, bookable at the staffed reception. 

The Reception is manned daily by friendly staff who are able to help during your stay and overnight, security staff look after the building for your peace of mind.
