Leeds & Nottingham £100 Voucher Refer a Friend Offer
This offer is open to current Leeds or Nottingham Unipol tenants with an active tenancy, or students with a future 2025-26 booking with Unipol, who refer a new tenant to live in a Unipol property for the 2025/26 academic year. The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible:

• The new tenant must complete signing of a new contract for the 2025/26 academic year between 03/06/25 & 31/08/25.
• The new tenant must enter the name of the tenant who has made the referral in the Promo Code field during the contract signing process.
• The student making the referral must not owe any money to Unipol Student Homes.

Leeds £300 Off First Month Offer

This offer is open to Doris Birdsall tenants with an active tenancy for the 2024/25 academic year who refer a new tenant to live in the development for the 2025/26 academic year. For both parties to be eligible the following criteria must be met:

• The new tenant must complete signing of a new contract for the 2025/26 academic year between 28/04/25 & 31/08/25.
• The new tenant must enter the name of the tenant who has made the referral in the Promo Code field during the contract signing process.
• The existing tenant must not owe any money to Unipol Student Homes.

If these conditions are met then each party will receive a £100 Amazon Voucher via email within 2 weeks of the referred tenant's contract being completed.

UBU Nigerian Student Society £150 Off First Month Offer
This offer is exclusively available to members of University of Bradford Nigerian Student Society who sign a tenancy agreement for Doris Birdsall Hall for the 2025/26 academic year. For students to be eligible the following criteria must be met:

• The tenancy agreement must be completed between 05/06/25 and 31/08/25.
• During the contract signing process, the promotional code provided to Nigerian Student Society members (UBUNS150) must be entered in the designated Promo Code field.
