Unipol Housing Bookings October 2026 Discount Offer

• This offer is available to students who undertake a viewing with Unipol, are provided with a unique promotional code at the discretion of the viewer, and subsequently book to live in a Unipol Leeds property for the 2026-27 academic year.
• The agreed discounted amount will be subtracted from the tenant's October 2026 rent payment.
• In order to be eligible tenants must book by 23:59 on 31/12/2025 and input the unique promo code provided to them during their viewing appointment with a Unipol representative.
• The student must have completed their booking and moved into the property for the 2026/27 academic year.
• The offer does not apply to all bookings. Discounts will not be applicable for tenants who fail to input the unique code provided to them.
• This offer cannot be used by tenants with arrears, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and does not apply to family accommodation, managed owner properties or accommodation allocated by universities.
• The discounted amount is at the discretion of the Unipol representative who conducts the viewing, and Unipol has sole discretion to withhold the discount if the Terms have not been complied with.

• This offer is available to tenants currently living in Unipol properties who sign to live in a Unipol property for the 2026-27 academic year.
• In order to be eligible tenants must book between 00:00 on 06 October 2025 and 23:59 on 31 December 2025 and input promo code STAY300 in the promotional code field during the contract signing process. The £300 off will be discounted from the tenant's October 2026 rent payment.
• Discounts will not be applicable for tenants who fail to input the code.
• This offer excludes Sandhills and Cotton House bookings.

Sandhills & Cotton House Returning Students' Priority Rate Offer 2026-27

• This offer is available to any returning Nottingham students who book to live in either Sandhills or Cotton House for the 2026/27 academic year.
• Priority rate rooms at Sandhills are priced from £183pppw for standard room type, and priority rate rooms at Cotton House are priced from £125pppw for economy room type. Prices vary according to the room type selected.
• The offer is valid for bookings made before 31 December 2025, based on 44-week terms.
• This offer cannot be used by tenants with arrears, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and applies to Unipol direct lets only.
• Unipol has sole discretion to withhold the discount if the Terms have not been complied with.
