This offer is open to tenants Doris Birdsall with an active tenancy for the 2023/24 academic year who refer a new tenant to live in the development for the 2024/25 academic year. To be eligible the new tenant must complete signing of a new contract for the 2024/25 academic year. For the existing tenant to be eligible they must not be in arears to Unipol. If these conditions are met then each party will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher via email once the referred tenant contract has been completed.

Oak House Rental Discount Scheme
£250.00 rental discount is available to existing and new tenants signing for a room in Oak House for the 2024/25 academic year. The discount will only be applied if the full amount rent is paid before the the start date of the tenancy. Otherwise the normal rate will be applied.
Existing Tenants Summer Lets 2024 Offer
This offer is available to tenants currently living in a Unipol property who sign for a Summer Let room at Sandhills, Doris Birdsall Hall or Mill Street in 2024.
Students staying at any of these 3 developments for a duration of at least 4 weeks will be eligible for one weeks' free rent, and students staying at Mill Street for 2 months (from 01/07/24 - 31/08/24) will be eligible for two weeks' free rent.
The discount rate varies for each building, in line with the weekly rental cost as displayed on the adverts.

This offer is available to tenants currently living in a Unipol property, or students who have previously lived in a Unipol property, and sign a new contract to live in applicable Unipol properties during the 2024/25 academic year.
Applicable properties are

Tenants should speak to a member of the Housing team to confirm if a property is included before signing an tenancy agreement.
The cashback amount will be transferred to the tenants through a nominated UK bank account which will be subject to money laundering checks.
To qualify the tenant must:
- Signed a tenancy agreement between 01/01/2024 and 31/03/2024 for a tenancy starting after June 2024 which is at least 42 weeks in length.
- Have checked into the applicable property after June 2024
- Have paid the first instalment of rent or paid the full amount of rent for the 2024/25 year

These terms are for a £100 loyalty bonus payment. It is available to tenants currently living in a Unipol property, or students who have previously lived in a Unipol property, and sign a new contract to live in applicable Unipol properties during the 2024/25 academic year.

The £100 will be credited in two £50 instalments; one in October 2024 and one in January 2025. This will happen whether you pay your rent monthly or in instalments. The amounts will only be applied if the tenant is in residence. Any loyalty bonus instalment will not be applied on the day the credit is due to be applied.

The £200 will be credited in three instalments; £60 in October 2024, £60 in January 2025 and £80 in April 2025. This will happen whether you pay your rent monthly or in instalments. The amounts will only be applied if the tenant is in residence. Any loyalty bonus instalment will not be applied on the day the credit is due to be applied
