They're the first person you should contact for all matters relating to your building. With their on-site teams, they will also:

• Arrange access for repairs and make sure they’re done satisfactorily.
• Carry out the routine inspections a few times during your tenancy.
• Test the fire alarm system each week and make sure the building is clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Ensure you’re happy in the building and deal with any problems which may affect this.
