At a number of our larger developments, we have staffed receptions to provide a service to tenants
Staff can only issue parcels during Reception opening hours (see below). If Unipol take delivery (and therefore responsibility) for a parcel at reception, it takes time to process it through the system for tracking purposes and we ask for your patience with this process.
Unipol do not accept parcels outside of reception opening and will take no responsibility for parcels left unattended in the building by delivery personnel.
If you order parcels to be delivered to the building, this is done at your own risk and in the knowledge that it may arrive when there are no staff available to receive it. If you require a parcel on a specific day or time, then you need to arrange to be at home to take delivery directly from the courier company.
