Most Unipol owned properties come with an internet service included in the rent which is supplied by three partner companies (ASK4, Optify and Glide). below you will find information on how to get support if you have a problem with your internet service but they are unable to resolve a problem to your satisfaction you can escalate the problem to Unipol Housing on 0113 243 0169.

All tenants receive free of charge package with a download speed of up to 200Mb/s (wired) 100Mb/s (wireless). Tenants can connect 8 devices via the wired or Wi-Fi network and have the option to use more for a small fee.

Optify service speeds differ depending on where your property is located though tenants in Doris Birdsall can get 30Mb/s. Most Optify properties only offer a wireless service.

If your property has Optify Wifi access, you will have information in your property telling you how to connect, and they have a Tenant Portal where you can find out more information about their services.

Dyers Court has a WiFi connection provided by Glide, offering up to 50Mbps throughout the building. Tenants can connect up to 5 devices to this service. The service is wireless only.
