What is Wellbeing and Support?

What is Resident Wellbeing and Support?

At Unipol, we recognise the importance of providing safe, comfortable, and affordable student housing that meets or exceeds Code standards.

While the physical condition of your accommodation is important, it is equally essential that you feel able to live in a peaceful, respectful, and supportive environment throughout your studies.

Resident Wellbeing and Support is here to help ensure that all residents have the opportunity to experience this, offering guidance, support, and practical assistance whenever it’s needed.

Who is Resident Wellbeing and Support for?

Resident Wellbeing and Support is available to any Unipol residents who may be feeling worried, uncomfortable, or in need of support.

This could relate to:

  • Your accommodation or living environment
  • Issues with co-residents
  • Concerns within the local community
  • Your mental or physical health
  • Personal wellbeing or general worries

If something is affecting your experience, no matter how big or small, Resident Wellbeing and Support is here to help.
