It is very important that Unipol receive your key/s at the end of the tenancy. We need to be sure that you have moved out and the property is secure for the new tenants moving in.
If you do not have the small labelled envelope posted to you, use a sealed envelope with your name on it. Do not write the address for security reasons. Always put your keys in an envelope otherwise they may become lost.
If you send keys in the post they need to be in a secure padded envelope and sent by recorded or special delivery. Unipol must receive them on or before the last day of the tenancy. You are responsible for the key/fob until it reaches us. Deductions will be made from your deposit for late or none returned keys (even if they are lost in the post).
Return your keys to the Housing hub during office hours Monday - Friday 9.30 - 16:45hrs. The office is also open on Saturday 29th June 10.30 - 15.30hrs and Sunday 30th June 2019 from 11.00 for key returns.
Outside of office hours keys can be posted into the letter box to the left hand side of the Housing Hub entrance. There is an opening in the shutters and a letter box in the actual door.
If you live in Mill Street, Royal Park Road Flats or Grayson Heights return your keys to the reception onsite or post through the reception letter box in a clearly marked envelope with your name on.
