Returning Keys

Returning your key to Unipol

It is very important that Unipol receive your key/s at the end of your tenancy. We need to be sure that you've moved out and the property is secure for the new tenants moving in.

Place the keys in an envelope with your name on it, but do not write the address for security reasons.

Posting keys

If you send keys in the post they need to be in a secure padded envelope and sent by recorded or special delivery. Unipol must receive them on or before the last day of the tenancy. You are responsible for the key/fob until it reaches us. Deductions will be made from your deposit for late or none returned keys (even if they are lost in the post).
