Is there parking?

Oak House is in a strictly city centre location, there is no on-site parking – it is a 5 minutes’ walk to the top of Leeds University campus and a 10 minute walk in to the heart of the city centre of Leeds and the central library.

How big are the beds and how much storage do they have underneath?

The beds are 3/4 size (AKA Small Double) - 4ft x 6ft

The heights of space under the bed is approx. 15cm, one can fit two shallow storage boxes underneath and plenty of other cardboard boxes and items around them.

What is the difference between a Standard and Deluxe room at Oak House?

There are 6 room types at Oak House and they are all en-suite. In year one, the room type is based on the whether it is a studio or shared and the size of the room.

Studio executive - 25m² plus (double occupancy permitted)

Studio standard - 20m² - 25m²

Executive - 20m² plus bedrooms

Deluxe – 15m² - 19m² bedrooms

Standard - 12.5m² - 15m² bedrooms

Economy - Under 12.5m² or restricted head height (all greater than 11.7m²)
