Special arrangements for moving in

Garden House is a small student development housing 40 students in shared flats for 5 people (postgraduate and undergraduate flats).

Every tenant must book a key collection appointment. Unipol will email every new tenant a link to a booking system so you can book a timeslot to collect keys and move in to your new property. 

Key collection is from Unipol 155/157 Woodhouse Lane, Leeds, LS2 3ED.

Please bring a photo form of identification with you when you come to collect your key.

Parking

There are limited parking spaces available at Garden House. Please contact your Building Manager to reserve a space.

Using a Sat Nav?

Garden House is located in Headingley near Headingley Train Station. If you are driving, the best location to enter is LS5 3RN. It's just off the main road and there is a sign saying 'Garden House' at the entrance. Follow the lane round to the left and Garden House is at the end.

There are good transport links to and from the City Centre and Universities if you won’t be travelling by car: Headingley Train Station is close by and there are also plenty of bus stops just a few minute walk from the property.
