Royal Park Flats is a postgraduate development for students studying at the University of Leeds. It is a large accommodation building housing 112 students.
The reception on site is not staffed 24 hours for key collection.
You can collect your keys at Royal Park reception in Block 15 any time from 9:00 on Saturday 13th – 17:00 on Friday 19th, where someone will be available to help you.
If you arrive after 17:00 on Friday 19th your keys will not be at Royal Park, they will be at a different Unipol building, Carlton Hill. You will be able to collect keys from Carlton Hill 24/7 however we ask that you still book a key collection slot so we know when to expect you.

Royal Park Flats is located in the heart of Hyde Park, and only a short walk away from the University of Leeds campus. The best postcode to enter is LS7 1JJ and you will be able to park in the on-site car park to unpack your belongings.
Walking to University of Leeds campus from Royal Park Flats
The University of Leeds main campus is only a 10 minute walk away from Royal Park Flats. Turn right out of the main exit and walk straight up the hill (Royal Park Road), then straight up the road with the park on your left until you reach the traffic lights where the university is over the road. There is also a bus stop across from Royal Park Flats which can take you to the city centre in under 10 minutes.
Directly opposite Royal Park Flats you will find Sainsbury’s, and just round the corner you have the legendary Brudenell Social Club, Royal Park Pub and many food shops/markets.
