Request an Overnight Stay

Staying with Unipol? Request an overnight stay

Your current tenancy requires you to return keys on the final day of the tenancy (30th June) by 14:00hrs. Unipol will not issue keys for your new tenancy before the start date of the contract.

As you are staying with Unipol we can offer you an overnight stay on 30th June - but it is important to understand what that means below;

After your overnight stay, you will be asked to return your current keys in order to receive the new Unipol property keys

The overnight booking does not allow you a period of time where you can have access to 2 properties at the same time. You need to have vacated your current Unipol property when you come to collect your new keys. This is the same as when you a buying and selling a house. Belongings need to be in a car/van/taxi and not in the house.

Be aware of the following;

  • Cleaners may visit your property after 2pm on 30th June and from 8am on 1st July - this does not take away your responsibility to clean the house fully
  • Unipol staff may inspect from 2pm on 30th June and from 8am on 1st July
  • On 1st July, move out fully and return your keys to Unipol by 9am
  • Keys for your new house will be available from 9am - 5pm on 1st July.

Fill in the booking form to confirm you understand how the overnight permission works and to ensure the team have noted your request

Please note - in certain circumstances we may not be able to offer you an overnight stay even if you are staying with Unipol. It might be that the owner does not permit it or the property is leaving Unipol's portfolio. We will contact you if this the case, so you can make alternative arrangements.

If you are not staying with Unipol next academic year, then your keys need to be returned to Unipol by 2pm on the last date of your tenancy.
